Product Application
Pass box is a corollary equipment of clean booth and clean factory, which mainly used to pass small articles between non-clean and clean zone or low cleanliness degree zone and high cleanliness degree zone. It can remove the dust on the surface of articles. Meanwhile, this pass box can also prevent unpurified air get into clean zone.
This pass box without air shower is easier to instal and transport. Client can choose to add UV light, buzzer and botton plate. We can also design non-standard size of pass box as client's specific needs.
Both of air shower pass box’s outside and liner are adopted SUS 304 steel. Which can not only avoid rusting but also beautiful and durable.
1).The outer wall is high-quality SUS304 stainless steel 1.2 mm
thick material.
2).The short distance transmission Windows work surface is made of
stainless steel plate, flat is bright and clean wear-resisting.
3).Long-distance transmission Windows countertops use unpowered
rollers, transfer items easily.
4).On both sides of the gate has a mechanical interlock or
